¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ offers free tutoring services to ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ students. The academic support we provide leads to greater success and higher achievement for our students. Each campus offers tutoring that will help you to succeed in your courses.
Tutors are ready to work with you on campus or virtually. Campus tutoring centers offer a variety of hours that will complement your schedule. Our tutors truly care about your success and can provide insight on course content as well as a variety of success strategies.

Brainfuse Online Tutoring
Brainfuse is an online, 24-hour tutoring service, free to ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ students. It connects you with an expert tutor the minute you need help. It’s easy to use and can be accessed from any internet-enabled computer or mobile device.
As an ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ student, you get 25 free hours of 24/7 online tutoring through Brainfuse. They also offer live writing help, drop-off essay review, test prep, ESOL writing support, and more.

How do I access tutoring?

Connect to Brainfuse from the main page of your profile. You’ll be automatically logged into your account.

In the Live Help box, select your topic and subject, then click Connect. You can also select Tutoring Schedule or Preferences to manage your selection.

During your tutoring session, you will have access to the Brainfuse Whiteboard, which provides tools that make it easy to work with your tutor. You’ll have options to share your screen, upload files, send messages, and more.
How much does tutoring cost?
Tutoring is free for students and sponsored by ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ to support your academic success. You get access to 25 hours of tutoring each term that you are actively enrolled in ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ courses. If you use all of your allotted tutoring hours, you can request additional time by contacting online-tutoring-requests@ivytech.edu.
