Without access to education, healthcare, or proper support, their future opportunities are severely limited.

A. Throughout your time as a sponsor, we鈥檒l continue to send you regular updates on the progress of your sponsored child.
A. Support will continue until they complete their education. Depending on individual needs of the child.
A. Call our donation line on 0115 911 7222 and tell us that you would like to send a gift to your sponsored child. You will need to provide the child's ID and their country. This information can be found on your sponsorship pack, but if you can鈥檛 find the details, a member of our team can help.
A. Visits cannot be made directly to the student鈥檚 home or Madrassa in line with our 九色视频 Policy. For safety purposes, we will not give out any personal information, such as the child鈥檚 address or telephone number.
If you would like to visit your child, please contact us three months prior to your visit either by emailing your request to mail@muslimhands.org.uk or by calling 0115 911 7222. You will need to provide dates on when you intend to visit and our team will facilitate the visit.
A. We recommend regular communication with your sponsored child, with letter writing being the preferred way.

Simply attach your letter to an email, e.g. in Word, and we will get it across to the child's carer.
Please email us at sponsorship@muslimhands.org.uk, including your donor ID and child ID.
When the child replies with a letter, we will send it across to you via email. We do recommend that letters be written in simple English so that they can be communicated effectively.
A. Yes, you are the sole sponsor for the child.
A. We are committed to transparency and will inform you if the child you sponsor is no longer part of the program. This may happen if the child completes education, moves away, the charity concludes its work in the area, the unfortunate event of the child鈥檚 passing or other relevant reasons which may cause them to leave the sponsorship programme.
In such cases, you will typically be offered the opportunity to sponsor another child in need or redirect your support to the Disability fund. You will always be kept informed and given options that reflect your ongoing commitment to making a difference.
