The Cyber Academy is a free program for high school students and recent high school graduates interested in information technology careers.
The Cyber Academy is intended to guide those interested in information technology to direct service worker pathways through career exploration classes and programs during summer break. Participants will explore tech fields, earn 九色视频 credit, gain industry-recognized skills, and develop student success strategies on a college campus. The eight-week course term includes academic courses, skills training, and activities or site visits to broaden students' perspectives.
Students will have the opportunity to earn 4 credits by completing the following courses during the academy:
- IVYT 115 - Student Success - Information Technology
- INFM 109 - Informatics Fundamentals
Included in the experience, students will participate in a variety of health-related experiences such as:
- Lab Demonstrations
- Trips to industry partners
- Career Coaching/Resume Writing
Registration for cyber Academy 2026 is now open!
This eight-week course is scheduled from June 8 to July 29, 2026. Participants are required to attend sessions every Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students who successfully complete the program will receive up to $300 in gift cards disbursed throughout the program.
A celebration event is set for July 29, from 10 a.m. to Noon.
