���������ѱ����Ұհ�����– When Kyle Baugh began studying  at ��ɫ��Ƶ in 2016, his main goal was to complete his education and start a career in which he could become proud of his job title. He graduated in Dec. 2018 and is now celebrating that very accomplishment by working as a manufacturing associate at Catalent.

Baugh attended university when he graduated high school, but without a career path, the large impersonal classes with limited scheduling options were just too costly. He decided to work full time instead but worked physically-demanding jobs, so he always had the idea to go back to college.

“I got the push I needed to go back to college when I met my wife, Blair,” he said. “She was studying for her master’s in nursing and it was just the encouragement I needed to jump back in.”

Baugh says that the skillset he gained at ��ɫ��Ƶ that has been most helpful in his career was the hands-on lab experience, because it created a comfort level before he even stepped into the labs at work.

“The thing I enjoyed most about my experience at  was learning from instructors that have been industry leaders,” Baugh said. “They are truly passionate about teaching along with sharing their experiences in an applicable way. I became aware of what was going to be expected of me in the lab, in my new career.”

Baugh graduated as the outstanding student in his program of study, and intends to keep his options open for earning a bachelor’s degree in the future, in order to advance his career.
